Can I start if I'm out of shape?

Absolutely, and honestly that is the whole point of starting. Every workout has different difficulty levels, so you scale each movement up or down to match how your body feels that day. You do not need to be fit first.

Can men or teens join?

Everyone is welcome. Our programs work for anyone, and yes, men take part and enjoy them. Our community is predominantly women, and the overall vibe, marketing, and coaching style reflect that.

Where should I start?

If you are new, Valkyrie Reborn is usually the best place to begin. It is our foundational 8 week strength program, built to be beginner friendly with scalable weights and progressive modifications, and it gives you a base the other programs build on. From there it comes down to what you are drawn to.

Will this help me lose weight or build muscle?

Our programs are not designed around weight loss or muscle building as the main goal. The focus is on functional strength, mobility, and building a movement practice that feels sustainable and genuinely fun.
