Can I get a refund?
Yes. One-time program purchases and membership charges, including Basic and Premium, are eligible for a refund when requested within 14 days of the charge. Just email support@whimsyforge.com from the address you purchased with and let us know.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause your membership for one, two, or three months, and you keep full access the whole time. A pause simply pushes your next charge back, so you are not billed while you rest, recover, or take care of life.
Can I pay from my country?
In most countries, yes. We have members all over the world, and checkout works from anywhere your card does. Everything is online, so there is nothing to ship.
Do you offer discounts or payment plans?
We do not usually run general discount codes, but there are a few ways to lower or spread out the cost: a military discount, monthly billing, and buy now pay later at checkout. How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime, and it takes a moment from your account. Click your avatar, go to Billing, and choose Cancel. There is no long-term commitment.
How do I upgrade or switch plans?
Upgrading or switching is quick, and you do it from a web browser rather than the mobile app. Click your avatar, go to Billing, and choose Upgrade to pick the plan you want. What does a one-time program purchase include?
A one-time $97 purchase gives you lifetime access to one program of your choice: Valkyrie Reborn, Lunar Rise, Assassin's Ascent, Dragon Rider, or the Fantasy Gown Course. What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic is the community and creativity tier. It does not include the fitness programs by itself, but a Basic member who separately owns at least one fitness program can use that program and participate in community challenges. There is no separate challenge registration.
Why am I getting an email about my trial expiring?
There are two common kinds of Basic trials, and what happens next depends on which one you have. If your two-month Basic trial came with a one-time program purchase, the reminder is about the Basic community access, not your purchased program. Your program remains yours for life.
