Can I get a refund?

Yes. One-time program purchases and membership charges, including Basic and Premium, are eligible for a refund when requested within 14 days of the charge.

Just email support@whimsyforge.com from the address you purchased with and let us know. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

If it has been longer than 14 days, reach out anyway and our team will take a look. We would rather sort it out with you than leave you stuck with something that is not working for you.
