Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause your membership for one, two, or three months, and you keep full access the whole time. A pause simply pushes your next charge back, so you are not billed while you rest, recover, or take care of life.

How to pause

1. Sign in at app.whimsyforge.com/account.
2. On your membership card, choose Cancel. The first thing you will see is the option to pause instead.
3. Pick one, two, or three months, then confirm.

What happens to the time you already paid for

You keep it. The pause is added after the period you have already paid for, not taken out of it. For example, if you are paid through November 12 and pause for three months, your next charge moves to February 12, and everything in your membership stays open until then.

When your pause ends

Your membership picks back up on its own on the resume date, at your normal price. We will email you a reminder a few days before.

Coming back early

Because your access never closes, there is nothing to unpause if you feel ready sooner. Just sign in and keep going.

Your account page also has a Resume now button. It restarts billing right away: you are charged your full membership price that day, and a new billing period starts from that day. Most members never need it. If you use it before the period you already paid for has ended, you give up the rest of that time, so it is usually better to let the pause run.

Good to know

• You can pause once every 12 months. Resuming early still counts as your pause for the year.
• Pausing is not available during a free trial or while a payment is past due.
• You can still cancel while paused. Choose Cancel instead on your account page.
