How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime, and it takes a moment from your account. Click your avatar, go to Billing, and choose Cancel. There is no long-term commitment.

Your membership is paid for the current term, whether monthly, quarterly, or annually, so when you cancel it simply will not renew. You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If you want to stay connected at a lower cost, you can switch from Premium to Basic. Basic keeps the community spaces, tutorial library, Book Club, and activities, but it does not include the fitness programs or Fantasy Gown Course unless you purchased them separately. If you need a break rather than a goodbye, you can pause for up to three months instead. See Can I pause my membership?
