The Dragon Rider Challenge: an 8-week live round, August 10–October 4.See the Challenge

How do points affect prize drawings in the Dragon Rider Challenge?

Members earn individual Challenge points by completing eligible check-ins and Quests. Each eligible check-in earns 1 point. To be eligible, check-ins must be at least four hours apart, and no more than five may count in a Monday through Sunday week. Each eligible Quest submission earns 2 points. There are no separate fitness-trial bonus points.

For random prize drawings that use Challenge points, each individual point counts as one entry. For example, a member with 10 points receives 10 entries, while a member with one point receives one entry. Earning more points improves your odds of being selected, but it does not guarantee a prize.

Points also count toward the grand-prize drawing. This is separate from top-performer awards, such as ceremonial swords and other steel prizes, which are awarded based on performance rather than through a random drawing.

Only activity submitted within the applicable check-in and Quest deadlines earns individual Challenge points or prize entries.

Squad scoring uses a separate deadline. A Quest submitted after its individual deadline may still add 2 points to the Squad leaderboard if it is submitted before October 4 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Learn more in How are Squad leaderboard scores calculated?.
